Gideon Plan

God has allowed us to experience wonder and the miraculous. We have done a lot of work, but the best is yet to come. God has given us the GIDEON PLAN as the vision to maintain our current facility and to build the Mount Sinai Ministries Multi-Service Complex.

Like Gideon, we can be confident of victory, but only if we put our confidence in God and be obedient to His leading. The GIDEON PLAN is composed of Mount Sinai members and friends who become official supporters of the Plan by committing to a weekly contribution, aside from tithes and offerings, on an ongoing basis. These funds are then used to provide resources for continual upkeep of our current facility and to support the development and building of the new Mount Sinai Ministries Multi-Service Complex.

The Multi-Service Complex will have a Child Care Center serving an enrollment of 250 infants and children through 12 years of age. In collaboration with the Cleveland Municipal Schools and the State of Ohio, an Option Academy/School will serve 400 youth in kindergarten through 8th grade.

An adult education facility will provide training for persons transitioning from welfare to work. Services will also be provided to “bridge” youth who have been in the juvenile justice system to become productive members of the community. A gymnasium, fitness center and indoor running track will serve the youth in all programs and the community at large. Rental space will also be available to groups for private functions.

In addition, the Complex will also house a multi-media studio with state-of-the art recording and production equipment, a 2,500-seat theater to showcase national and local talent, a restaurant/banquet hall for groups up to 500, and a full Christian bookstore.

Gideon listened to God and was willing to take the first step. As a GIDEON PLAN supporter, the first step has been taken. God will continue to manifest the miraculous and multiply and abundantly bless that which is sown in the good ground of this ministry.
