Ministry Description: Those who join our Congregation need to feel they are wanted, they belong, and they are needed. The Care Team Partner acts as a “Big Brother or Big Sister” to every new member. Care Team Partners are responsible for enabling the assimilation of the each new member into the inner circle of fellowship of our Congregation. Those who join our congregation need to feel they belong, are wanted and needed
Member's Profile: Members of this ministry are concerned, caring and are familiar with the operation of Mt. Sinai Ministries. They are able to provide direction and address questions and concerns of every new member. |
