MT. SINAI APARTMENTS is specifically designed for qualified low-income persons who are elderly.
What Are the Costs?
Perhaps the greatest benefit you may receive at MT. SINAI MANOR is rental assistance based on your income. For those who qualify, rent payments will not exceed 30% of your personal monthly income, adjusted by medical expenses and assets. An additional benefit is that utility payments are included in your rent.
Independence
MT. SINAI MANOR has a number of features, which will allow you to maintain an independent lifestyle.
Each apartment is barrier free according to ADA requirements, which allows access and mobility to all areas. On staff maintenance personnel is available for repairs. For your convenience, coin-operated laundries are available on site. Friendship
Regular planned activities are held in the large community room for residents such as resident birthday parties, holiday dinners, monthly resident meetings and because this is a retirement community, you will be living among persons with whom you may share common interests. Everyone at MT. SINAI MANOR is encouraged to participate in as much or as little as they like.
Safety
At MT. SINAI APARTMENTS safety means deadbolt locks and peepholes in the entrance door, emergency call buttons in both the bedroom and bathroom; and smoke detectors.
Comfort
You will enjoy your apartment at MT. SINAI MANOR because you can decorate it as you wish with your personal belongings. All apartments are furnished with wall-to-wall carpeting, range and refrigerator. Each apartment has individual heat and air conditioning controls, so that you may adjust the temperature most comfortable to you. Additional resident’s support service includes pharmacy delivery and home health care programs that are available through various agencies.
